anyone willing to sort my archs?

looking for someone to sort my rusted arches or advice one how to do myself ready for an mot?

you could do them like my arches but may take some time / efort and a lot of body filler

dazerede..... yours pass mot even though its not welded instead just filled? or did you do some welding behind it all?

i welded it on solid and just used filler to make it a bit smooth and followed the little grove

the rear ones aren't to hard to be honest.

the problem comes with the fronts as if you want to weld them in higher up (virtual lift) then you need to cut the bulkhead to match where the front wing joins the body tub.

I can easily guide you on where to cut from my sofa but its a bit far to travel

Obviously there are other ways of repairing them but as your gunna go to the effort you might as well gain some lift while you are at it.

I chopped all the rist out and used 2 trailer arches off eBay and cut the down the middle and welded the 4 new 3" wider arches in and bought some wide offset wheels to go with the arches but you could have them the standard width if you wanted...

I made a start today cutting them out would rather someone cane and done the welding for me lol my experience with a welder atm goes as far as checking to see if it works or not
