Which Paint?

hi, been looking at different paints, dunno what to use to do my truck yet.

has any one come across or used this type of paint before, seems quite a good idea.

I've used single pack poly based paint before for mine and it worked well, not sure if its exactly the same stuff as that but it was from pronto paints. It was from their old military paints range that they no longer do. It's the blue that my SJ is in my avatar and I rollered it on.

It was good for the outside but in the footwells and pickup bed it wasn't very resistant to stuff being thrown in and muddy boots rubbing on it all day long, but then again not much paint is hence why I'm going to redline my pickup bed and I have just stone chipped my footwells.

Alrite guys? im in the middle of painting the interior of my sj at the mo.

after the floor pans were welded in the usual places i sanded down the rest of the floor pan and used some red oxide to protect it. However, it pretty much all come off. so ive sanded again an im using some black hammerite to coat it all before putting the covers back on the transmission tunnel and floor.

In the summer (after some more welding) i wanna paint it up on the outside as well. its green at the mo. i've been tempted by bright orange for ages. but i saw a sand camo zuke a lil while a go and im seriously considering that now! scottie, do you know any good websites for military paint?

also i was thinking about a canvas roof (rather than vinyl) have anyone seen any about? or even know if there are any for sj's?

yea like the sand camo look, would like to do that for my next project
