afternoon!
just saw what looked like a sj van, red with bull bars, near sway in hampshire.
but as it got closer, it had a circular badge on the front. couldn't make it out though.. also the spare wheel was off to one side (i think they are mounted in the middle on tin tops?)
any ideas

nah, thats what i first thought. but saw it again and it deffo looked like an sj. unless it was just a badge put on by the owner

there a kit-car, usually based on a ford escort chassis so there RWD not 4WD.

Yeah most are based on 2wd fords but as its a kit car the fiberglass body can be put on any chassis, they do have an owners club
http://www.rickmancarsownersclub.org.uk/ to be honest I don't know much about them, one used to park at my old works car park, I thought it was nice looking car!
