big wheels

ok i've just got some 285/16 special tracks for another project, but i was thinking of putting them on 413 until then. Are the axles up to the extra grief or shall i leave them in the workshop? Gearing isnt a problem as i have a lobster i can put in.

33" are about the limit for sj axles. As long as you drive with your head and not a right foot of lead the axles will hold up fine, the weak link will be the CV joints
