Watts divided by volts = amps

160/12 = 13.3amps

A standard 30-40amp relay will work fine :D

Looking good! like the front end and what you've done with the tank in the back. Love how busy the dash looks as well, be scared to touch anything in case i got ejected haha

good job!

Speaking about dashboards i have chopped more out of it! think of getting a custom dashboard made because there is no room on the Sj413 but its fine for now so im sure it will stay!.

it consists of new main engine cut out switch, winch cut out , winch in , winch out (each with warning lights) , and two aux 12v sockets for phone charging etc
Also being that i have taken out my heat controls i kept the main switch to turn the windscreen blower on and off!,

~Anywhoo baack on with the cooling system im half way through my Vitara rad instalation.

removed vicous fan and painted pulley yellow :)

and these are my electric fans there the cheap ones but i will see how they go. just need to fabricate some brackets and it should be in :)

I was thinking of just putting my heater on the windscreen and putting it on a switch so i could mount the cb where the controls are. I want to keep it looking standard now though. How come you've chopped more out? room for things to come?

Yeah the factory heater is still there but i have by passed it from the heater matrix (engine side)
so i only have the fan not really a heater any more

Well power steering jimny box, vitara radiator , twin electric fans, the answer? yes it can be done :D

The bottom of the fan is surported by two three mm thick brackets that have been welded into the back of my winch tray

This is the back of the the radiator and i havent had the trim the radiator ethier

And i fabed up some brackets for the top mounts These are bolted through the slam pannel

And then finally i modified the old expansion tank bottle and its bolted straigh the the passenger side wing

I think that, if I ever finally manage to get mine roadworthy again, I'll have to swap in electric fans like those. Where'd you get 'em?

And did you ever paint those shocks???
