Width of reversed sj wheels on sammy axles

I've got sammy axles with 8.5" wheels on mine at the moment. Not sure what make of wheel mine are but I prefer the look of the normal weller style sj wheels and I've got loads of em.

Can anyone tell me the messurement from outside rim to outside rim of reversed rims on sammy axles?? If they work out wider than I've got I'm gonna knock up a set.

Do you mean the style of sj wheels that everyone always runs backwards or cutting the centres out and making your own offset wheels like the ones rhino rays makes and sells?

Yeah Scottie. Cutting the centres and re welding.

Well your width will all depend where you weld the centres back in then you'll need to make a jig to make sure that everything is welded up true. I presume your welding is to a good standard as well

Yeah I'm pretty handy at all welding. I just thought they cut the center out reversed it and put it back in the same place so effectively like just reversing the wheel I suppose. I've got similar to what uve got on yours at the moment but obviously not as wide but they was chrome with fake rivets round the edge and I keyed em up and sprayed em black but I hate em cot every time I jet wash em a bit more paint flakes off and they look pants.

Yeah that's the problem with chrome you can't really paint it. If the chrome is bad What about getting them blasted to remove the chrome and then painting them?

Could do but I just don't like the look of em. If the standard ones come out as wide as mine overall when reversed ill go for them. Among really!! It's an sj, roller painted in yellow, scruffy as f**k and I'm worried about the look of the wheels lol.
