Bit of an Update guys.....Engine is ok! Thank god!!

Managed to get the car home from a place near Foxhill by a random passer by who was out in his Landy.....Lovely bloke, only asked him to tow me back into the car park as i tried bumping it again on the main road but he offered to tow me home and the guy wouldn't even take a penny of me! (not many nice guys like that around anymore!)

Anyway....

It was the starter motor, it was jammed. When I got it home (Sunday), me and a few friends took the starter motor off and tried turning the engine over by hand......Result.....It worked, The engine wasn't seized as it moved....So while we had the starter motor off, we decided to try and bump it....She ran!

Looked at the starter motor and it just wouldn't move, it was jammed. So we got some good old trusty WD40 and with a screw driver...tried forcing the pinon to move, it started freeing up, So before we put it back on the car, we decided we best make sure the motor was working ok. So my friend bench tested it and it seemed ok! Result! Fitted it and.....

Tash lives on! :suzuki:
