LJ80 meeting in the Netherlands

Post by Offroadrunner » Mon Jan 21, 2013 9:11 pm

For those who have a Suzuki LJ80, this might be interesting!
We (the Dutch Suzuki LJ80 forum) will organize a LJ80 meeting at the weekend of april 26 - 28 in the Netherlands. There will be LJ80's from the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. It should be great to meet some English LJ's also!

The meeting will hold place in Hummelo, near by Doetinchem in the east of the Netherlands. Arriving at friday in the afternoon or evening, or on saturday morning.

On saturday we will drive a nice tour (no offroad), have a good picknick, make nice pictures, and have lots of fun! In the evening we will make fire, grill some steaks, and drink a beer together. We will make camp on camping Jena in Hummelo. Costs €15,- per car incl. 2 persons per night.

Interesting to come? Please send me a PM!
It should be nice to meet some English LJ80 fans! 8-)

Unfortunately mines still in bits and I havn't managed to sell the morris minor yet to make space for it. So it won't be ready.

Pity cos I've been to Holland on my Lambretta to a scooter rally and I thought it was a great place. Unless I can convince Gonzo to take his and hitch a ride!!!! I might even let him keep thegearbox I lent him 20 years ago!!!

I'm even partly dutch myself (many generations ago!!!), my mams maiden name was Vart, traced the name back to Holland about 250 years ago!!!

Perhaps there is even a Swiss LJ80 coming to the meeting in April!
At this moment we have about 10 registered LJ80's, and a 413 pickup. but there can always be more!
