Is 235/75/15 a 29/9.25/15?

Post by Jordi » Tue Jan 29, 2013 4:13 pm

Think i worked it out right. I'm not lifting the pickup but want to fit the biggsest tyres possible.

29" max diameter, doin the conversion it worked out at 28.88. Think the additional width of a 235 over a 215 will make it look a bit chunkier on those alloys.

If any one wants to double check my maths or knows of a reliable web converter. I could only find ones to tell me the diameter not width.

Converted 235mm to inches is 9.25 near enough?

Cheers

Ok not needed but this converter is quite handy for quick size comparison.
