Nice one. Thats an ace way of filming yourself. :D

Weve been lucky enough to have it like that on a couple of our trips.

Once in Pas de la Casa, Andorra we arrived on a Saturday and it had been snowing so much the resort had been shut for a week and it opened on the Sunday.

The second time we were in Alpe d'Huez, France and the glacier was shut for the same reason. We waited half the morning it a que to be on the first Gondola when it opened. We actually ended up on the 2nd and it was -26ºc when we got up there. Once we got out of the cloud we traversed a massive face as far as we could board then trekked up further.

Mad times, just ripping down in a group of 5 carving the powder. Looking back up from the bottom at just your own trails is the best feeling in the world.

Had my fair share of holidays with barely enough snow to board tho.

Heading out to Andorra for the Snowboxx festival at the end of March. Probably not gunna get much boarding done. :hahaha:

I know it dosent look it but I was damn hot and a bit mad to think that I was riding down into Les Gets half a year ago in shorts and MX jersey sweating my tits off.

Ive got some helmet cam footage from before they were popular filmed using a bullet cam recording to a handy cam in my back pack. Will try get it onto the PC if I can find the tape. I hit a skier whilst going silly fast.

Cheers boys, yeah was so insanely deep, love it 8-) and everyone loves a good stack :hahaha:

Heck dan, deffo sounds like you've had your fair share, -26?! Bloody hell! Yup such a good feeling, love checking out my tracks on the lift back over them, and you gotta love a nice bit of powder in the face from doing a nice big turn! Likewise I've also had my share of bad snow too, first year I skied les gets there was next to no snow in the village so all runs to the village were closed, rain at the bottom and sleety snow at the top, yuk!

That sounds pretty sweet dan, telling a lie if I said I wasn't a wee bit jealous!

Biked there in summer 05, soo hot and so rank pushing your lid against your head at the bottom and sweat pouring out haha!

That was a sweet vid, completely sympathise with the hand exercises at the bottom haha major ache! Would like to see some of this old footage too.

Will be going out there for a bit of dh this summer which will be pretty fun.

The Qemists - Fading Halo

If you like that then u will love their 2nd album "Spirit in the system"

The 1st one "Join the Q" is a little more rock based but a similar style.
