It finally turned up!

Post by Jordi » Mon Apr 15, 2013 11:07 pm

So i ordered an adaptor plate from Mike. No sign of it a week later.

Within half an hour Mike was onto the courier with a time and date of where it was delivered, sat in reception where my wife works since last tuesday! Unbelieveable!

Parts are spot and thanks for the speedy response in finding where it was

I was so sure that I'd sent it !!

I rang up interlink shouting and swearing and spitting and hissing down the phone, mates like it was delivered the day after it was sent.....

I was like sorry pal !!!

Yeah, sorry about that Mike. I was sat thinking where is it?

Had the wife check at work and got told nothing was there.

It's at home in the garage with various other parts now. Fairly sure i have two complete sets of running gear.

This year the parts have just taken over every space. I will fit them eventually.

No worries mate, always happy to help :)

I also am happy that you got in touch, always happy to sort out any issues or problems.

I always try my best to sort things out, I sold a manifold to ian on here. He got in contact with me and said where's the manifold, I was like it was sent weeks ago. Ring interlink and they forgot to send it !! For gods sake how can a courier company forget to send a parcel !!!!

But anyway glad your happy now :)

That's good, collect up the bits and do it in one go. That's where I went wrong in building mine. Got stuck waiting for parts and stuff :)

Mike :)

Thats the plan. A week off and fit the engine & rad, PAS, 33s, rear discs, swap those body panels and possibly a paint job.

Theres probably other bits lying under that pile to do too.

Do the paint first!!

Whilst it's drying you can do the rest :brows:
If it ticks over...leave it

I see the logic in that. Painting isn't top priority. Engine and everything must be done in that week as i need it for work.

Can't waste time i might need tarting her up until everything else is done.
