Id say if you cant get it it id get some heat on it and get on the grips! and replace with new bolts! and tell me about it Jim one came in the other week french pile of wank!

Thanks turbo-tom. My blowtorch has been invaluable so far!

I found a suitable tool or ebay in the end but have been preoccupied with other jobs so haven't decided whether or not to leave them together or split them yet. I'm leaning more towards leaving them together.

Ha ha, the worst brake problem I ever had was when I rebuilt the Wilwood Calipers on my 205 Mi16. If you bolt something designed in America on to something made in France, you're definitely going to have a bad time!
