I was wondering to myself the other night, "Does the rear door open?” I've always used the folding pickup top to put things in the back.
I unlocked it and it opened. But then came the trouble.... I can't close the bloody thing properly! Is there any adjustment in the hinges somewhere? I couldn't find anything. The door drops about 20mm and the only way I can secure it was by removing a locating bracket and wrestling with it (note to self, handbrake needs adjusting!) It is now almost closed, but not where it used to be.
Thanks

Soft top rear door troubles
There's three ways of doing things,
1) The Right Way,
2) The Wrong Way
3) My Way.
2 & 3 are usually the same.

All i can think of is
A) knackered hinges
B) knackered latch
C) knackered mech in the tail gate
