Winch bumper

Been offered a winch bumper for my Vitara. It's off a sj. The guy said it will bolt straight on to my Vitara but I'm dubious. Does anyone know if they do bolt on without modification?

hmm i doubt it would bolt straight on however i might be wrong as ive never owned a vit.
