Re: suzuki steve's 410 build
ok update time!
quite a productive evening, extended rear axle breather, half barrel hinges on the doors and another arch done and dusted
the rear axle breather goes up thru a hole in the floor where a rubber bung sits. I'll finish it all off when I do the interior though.
the hinges undone with ease, im guessing thanks to scottie or karis when they painted her up. I then proceeded to cut the top of the hinge off and shorten the pin that the door sits on. ready for some doors off action
the drivers side rear arch has now had its vl done. just gotta seam seal and paint etc etc. and a fuel filler pipe guard is being built outta thicker metal for extra protection. It'll also be easy to remove for cleaning out mud etc.
i guess its time for the pics really

Looking good mate as usual! i reckon you will have to move your extended breather though in a few weeks time as you will get sick of the smell of ep90! other than that its coming on really nice!

tom's right you will smell it
Looks awesome! Some tidy work there! And yeah I had all the door screws out and all the hoop and screen screws so they should all come undone if its ever needed! It's awesome to see this SJ evolving, I will be honest if I had the chance I would have kept it and carried on with all the bodywork.
think we need a pic to see what it looks like with your wheels and tyres on with the VL

Re: suzuki steve's 410 build
evening suzuki fans, I got a couple pics from the weekend to keep everyone entertained and a few questions as well.
so three arches down, one to go. door bottom done and drainage holes added hopefully the engine transplant will take place this week too. im having another session tomorrow night to try and smash through as much as pos so I can get her on the road.
first question, where does everyone lead their rear extended axle breather to? engine bay?
the second one is for Scott as is got it off him. dude how does that internal roll bar fit in? is it simply bolted into the floor and arches? if so I may need to do some modifications so its attached to the chassis
on with the pics
