Ive never done anything to my body just a paint underneath few plates here and there and I put a 4inch whole saw through the side of it.

Dents i can live with. Just want rust removed to make it last as long as possible.

Price will be the deciding factor.

I had my front clip blasted and its perfect, didn't distort either.
