Help please!
Help please!
This is something I would never normally do but I have been trying to get hold of two different companies.
The first is zanfi I know they are Italian so my English emails might not be helping but they advertise international shipping and have an English option on their website but I have no reply to emails and they don't answer their phone anyone on here used them for anything?
The second is mountain goat performance! They advertise adjustable front bump stops but they have never once answered their phone or reply to emails or contact forms on their website! Has anyone had any dealings with them?
I would never normally do this but I'm trying to give these companies my money and I get no answer do they not want money or is it just me?
Sorry for the rant but any help would be much appreciated?
Thanks Andy

Re: Help please!
Don't know anything about Zanfi I'm afraid but I've dealt with Mountain Goat Performance before and found them really helpful.
I think the guy's name is Pete. I couldn't always get through by phone but he's always ended up calling me back or taking the time to write me a comprehensive email responding to my questions.
Maybe he's on holiday or something?

Re: Help please!
I'm sure he will. I think he might run the place on his own so he's probably pretty busy.
Fingers crossed.
Yep, see you Sunday, really looking forward to it!
