Re: fan belt idle wheel
I've been searching, but have found conflicting information. It apparently it is the peugoet engine
DW10 ATED/RHZ but have found different pulley diagrams, unless of course different users have different layouts??
This seems the normal set up (below) but the suzuki parts diagram doesn't match.
Suzuki dealer would be your best bet, but also the dearer option. The only parts diagrams I can find are here - http://translate.google.co.uk/translate ... uki-cat.ru
Grand vitara - sq420 - option 16 - shows the RHZ.

HI Darrel
Many thanks for info same here can not find the one I need, it does have the RHZ engine also it has separate air con belt, So as you say main dealer, will ring them and let you know. thought there would have been someone on here has had the same problem ? still I might be the first.

Re: fan belt idle pulley
to all
well phoned dealer ship and they want £147 first then they will order it for me. That can not be right it`s just an idler pulley. surly there must be some one out there that has had this problem and got over it without paying £147.

Re: fan belt idle wheel
Have you tried any local motor factor shops? they might be cheaper but there cheaper for a reason as there not really 100% quality compare to the genuine Suzuki one. Don't get me wrong some pattern parts are built to very good standards.
