Mate at work is thinking about sj or vit as second car to use for shooting . He would be starting new insurance no no caims etc . Just wandered what people are approx paying for insurance
SJ 410 currently off road waiting to leap out of hibernation.

28yrs old, no no claims(used to be on a trade policy), 3 points, no insurance claims ever.

fuck load of mods, 5k limited mileage, £4k agreed value

£265 with adrian flux :mrgreen:

26yrs old, 2 years no claims (accident 2 years back grr), no points, couple of mods, 1.5K agreed value,

£319 with adrian flux!

28, 1 years NCB (was on Mrs policy for over 2 years so lost mine), 3k miles per year, mods list below, insured on and off public highway and at events, about £300 a year. Can't remember agreed value.

£260. Lots of no claims. All mods declared.

Competition use, laning, pay and play, road use, 5000miles.

I was using my old SJ410 as a second car, and was getting insane prices for it from insurers. But in the end I went to Footman James and got cover for £102 a year. I'm 35, 14 years no claims... no points nothing. And some insurers were after £500+ which I still don't get!!

Once I find another SJ I will give Adrian Flux a shout I think.
