anybody have trouble with exterior door handles?
i have just broke my 2nd drivers side exterior door handle, even when i put the new one in, it didn't feel 100%, does anybody else have this problem or had this happen, and/or is there any solutions to find a way to prevent this from happening? or is it me just being heavy handed??

Re: anybody have trouble with exterior door handles?
just make sure all the internal mechanisms are straight, and everything is greased up, and all latches are alligned. you shouldn't have any trouble with them
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out

I've gone through 2 in 6 years ownership.
Like already said keep the linkage well adjusted and greased/lubed.

I think I must be the only person who's never broken one *touches wood*
I can remember taking one to a Greenlane day and giving it to Steve, about 2 mins after I have it to him the other one broke

I had a broken one on mine, done before I owned it. Had been repaired with a little self tapper bolt, the head was about 4mm

Had a few break, mainly due to carelessness / tree / wall / obstacle incidents.
