It doesn't stick to anything.
Do you mean 'normal' Hammerite or the underseal?
I was meaning the paint. The underseal is okay.

I got about 20 cans of black hammerite, mix smooth and hammered... about 10 years ago and it seems to work well still haha ;)

We'll the latest on 'Suzy' is that I've found a few holes:-) nothing too major. Both rear inside wheel arches had gone at the bottom, have cut out the rot and have welded new steel in. I removed the plastic wide arches expecting to find a mess but shock horror wings look very good:-)
Have also found offside wishbone starting to go, am going to fill a couple of holes in it, paint and waxoyl over for now;-) Also little hole in front chassis plate, again nothing too scary.
Have ordered a new exhaust from the cat back as the original was proper goosed!
Need to fabricate a new battery tray as again original was shot.
Also need to source a new windscreen washer pump as it's not working.
Once I get this little lot sorted I'll take it for the dreaded mot!!
Oh, and I need to strip and service brakes.
It's coming along steady but slowly, but enjoying the work.
