I'll post it to you if you want it....

Round two today. Getting the bearing out was a real pain, ended up welding a bit on the inner sleeve to warm it up, then soaked the inside with a cold wet rag to expand/shrink it, after some huge sledge hammer blows it finally came out. Then we tried to put in the new SJ bearing...it just didn't fit right. Lots of head scratching later we realised what the previous owner had done...bodge in SJ bearings into the Vitara bearing sleeve. Git. Rang up the motor factors and they sent over the original Vit bearing I had yesterday! That was another bastard to get on but it fits perfectly and she is all back together again and running smoothly again.

Whole front clip finished...and I'm spraying some wheels for a mate's Alfa. He wanted gunmetal grey and I came across this little number...to say it looks superb is an understatement, I am painting my wheels this colour!

A rust area needed to be cut out and fresh metal welded in. So I got to work on my mate's Alfa whilst he tackled the zook. At the same time the inner lip of the arch was cut out and an angled bit at the bottom of the wing to aid articulation. Reckon it looks better lie this and I think he did a damn fine job!

Other side isn't rusty at all but will be trimmed the same way so it looks the same. Fronts will also get the same treatment...also started the logo on my garage door and found this 'interesting' item... :hahaha:
