Sooo Many LWB trucks

Hi guys...just got back from doing a few weeks charity work in Kolkata, India and was blown away by many things I saw - mostly the extreme poverty...just heart breaking

But the city must have the largest number of LWB SJs anywhere!! I've never seen so many. They are just everywhere you turn. Used by both the traffic police and the airport security...and they are all RHD!!! Even saw a four door version that is used by police but really sorry I didn't have camera with me...

I did not have the opportunity to look into availability of vehicles or parts but I'm guessing there is loads there...import a container load anyone??

Sorry the snaps aren't the best...the locals do not like to be photographed and it can be an offence to take a snap of the police..!!.. I think basically they decide at the moment in time if an offence has occurred and usually someone has to go to jail for a couple of days...that's how they roll out there. So the shots I took were taken discreetly...well as discreetly as you can when you are the only long haired white guy wearing denim shorts and a t shirt!!
