Doesn't look anywhere near as rusty as you promised, and it seems to have been welded/bolted together. I don't see any nails...

yes scottie those are 1988 SsangYong Korando stock leafs they were tons of those clone anus cj's here in cyprus, i got the leafs for 100 euro for all four they are very similar to the YJs i will go tommorow to work on the rollcage and i will tel you the exact mesures, thanks Anton and sorry for letting you down on this one but the name of the thread was at the start of the build now am going to a different name,
the theme on rig will be a mat olive army paint with the vietnam war white star on the hood and black tubes

They flex well and that's almost the exact measurements of YJs!
Shame I've never seen a Korando that shape in the UK

I have been working for 2 days now on the rear end and i closed everything with steel sheets weld them with co2 and closed them with mastic silicone for cars zuki is ready for spraying acid to clean the rust and power wash with hot water inside out for painting , there is no rust like in uk because it doesn't snow here.
