"The rusty-nail" build
Finallly got all the important stuff to get the build started,
parts i have now is:
-a junked SJ410 (still working tho)
-1986 nissan patrol axles and modded shafts
- korando leaf-springs (similar than the YJ)
- few Bushing
- lots of steel
going to chop shop
The rear axle will be mounted exactly tha way it sits now, need to make
some brackets aiming longer wider car expecially on front
front axle
now let's start welding that shitty zooki

Re: "The rusty-nail" build
I will let Chris tell you the full story but as well as patrol axles, the blue one has a 1.6 16v turbo!
Good luck with the build Chris, it is going to be a great rig when finished.

Re: "The rusty-nail" build
did some progress today,
removed the stock leaf mount and i welded further back 25cm and higher on the shassis
for low center of gravity and longer wheelbase. i may go 30cm on front i will see,
here some pics
wheels are only for the build will change them when i finish
its not sitting on the wheels in the pics because i dont have shackles yet, hopefully will sit lower
i hope i have time to work next week , this thing is getting me like Meth

Re: "The rusty-nail" build
is that a swb body on a lwb chassis, or have you just extended the chassis?
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out

Re: "The rusty-nail" build
no its not a long wheel base i extended the chassis back and i will more on front,
all my frends have a long wheelbase zukis (like the blue in the picture) and handle way better
than the short one, i like more the short one better with the axles sticking out of the frame i will
also make it a tuber

This is gonna be an awesome looking build. Is it gonna be road legal?
