I uploaded it to youtube, then got youtube to add some image stabilisation because it was a bit too shaky to watch, then got the youtube video address:

The bit after the = sign is what's needed. I copied it, then pasted it between a set of "youtube" bbcode tags, like this:
I put that in and done!
