I thought i would let you know checked car for 1st time and to say the rear seat belt mounting points and surrounding area is rotted would be a understatment. Dont know what to do, pissed doesnt come closs

That's very common, weld it up.

As said, cut it out, weld it up.

Check my build thread, had exactly the same problem, no idea where they got the MOT from for it but it was certainly dodgy. Fixed it in about 2 hours.
If it ticks over...leave it
