Hello All

Post by Perry » Mon Oct 27, 2014 7:09 pm

Hi Everyone, I'd just like to say a Big Hello to you all in Suzuki Land. I have just bought my first Suzuki 4x4 - an SJ410 - A Spanish built Samurai Mil with the original 1ltr engine on 175000km. It is on the Island of Fuerteventura where we have very little rain so not a lot of rust worm is present. It has however had a hard life off road as most of the roads are tracks at best. I am going to require a lot of parts, so if you know of any parts suppliers in the UK the info would be much appreciated (there are no parts over here). Thanks - PERRY

Welcome to SCUK.

Aftermarket and original parts (excluding body panels) are generally very easy to get over here. The majority of places I've dealt with will ship anywhere upon request.

Just let us know what you're after and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.

The propshaft UJ's are holding together by the skin of their teeth and the gaiters are long gone, the rear diff is leaking oil bad at the propshaft. So UJ's and gaiters, rear diff spigot oil seal and engine oil/air filters would be a good start. Thanks

Thanks!! After a short trip out today I'm after rear axle oil seals as well. I think the UK postal service is going to take a fair bit of my money over the coming months. Looking at the rear springs I don't think it will be long before I will have to replace - are single leaf springs available for suzuki.

:welcome: to the club.

All fairly straight forward tasks, but if in any doubt ask on here and you will get some guidance I'm sure.
