Did you get yours new? Thae price is the bit that puts me off
I don't want to shell out for something thats just as good
As the standard drum.
Im in two minds of finish or breaking the thing
So would like to keep costs to finish it down.

They work very well......after a few modifications, also there are two cables available for them, make sure you get the one that is actually flexible as the routing isn't very good and it needs to go around a tight bend, if you have the stiff cable it causes release issues.

The standard drums are good unless you are in mud a lot, then they need to be adjusted quite often.

I bought a new x-brake, price seems a lot, but worth it. Does need regular adjustment if used on constant deep mud winch challenges but overall a big yes from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
