Facet fuel pump location
Going to fit a facet fuel pump where has everyone fitted there pump thanks

I have mine attached to the inside of the front wing and it works pretty good, but you are suppose to mount them close to the tank. Most people mount them where the factory fuel filter goes

It shouldn't be more than around 12" higher than the bottom of the tank, its a 'pusher' not a 'puller'.

Yeah haha I just put it there cos I was lazy... works alright unless you run out of fuel... then you have to suck on the hose to prime it lol

That's where mine lives, seems happy enough. Can be noisy mounted directly to the chassis rails though, I should probably mount it on a rubber mat with rubber washers. I won't, because I'm lazy, but I probably should.twiss wrote: Most people mount them where the factory fuel filter goes
