How does this get attached?

How do I fit this bull bar to the car, before I picked it up I assumed it shared the two bolts for the spring mounts, however the bolts look to close together and the angle would be way off if this to be true?
I know the angle of it in "test positioning" is wrong but I was in a hurry and a rack strap had to suffice haha, bought it for £20 last week and after a sand blast and a lick of paint it'll be like new

Any ideas on how to fit it appreciated!

Angle brackets.. Stepped like this for a sammie, flat plate for an SJ
