GV steering audi wheel controls

Hi,
Has anybody replaced there standard radio for another make & still using the audio controls.
I have fitted another radio but i wish to continue to use the controls on the steering wheel but cant seem to find a stockist etc to allow me to complete the wiring.

Any suggestions.
