OS front brake not performing right.

Post by Lil_Beastie » Tue Jun 21, 2011 7:31 pm

Hello

I was offroading and lost most of my brake pedal. It works on the back and NS front caliper seems to be working fine. However the OS front caliper is only moving about 10% of the NS movement when the pedals pressed fully. It bleeds ok, but seems to have a very small amount of air in it every time its bled.

Im 90% sure the master cylinders working fine. And have checked the steel brake line to the OS front and cant see any leaks or flattened pipe.

I havent got extended brake lines even tho I run addaleafs. Could I off ripped the front OS flexy brake line slightly inside causing it to not flow fully? Or would it be leaking?

Hope you guys can help as Lil beastie's been off the road now 6 weeks!

The pipes can collapse internally so you can't tell from the outside sometimes.
I thought you had blown down it with a compressor?
