Hi All
One of the free wheeling hubs on my recently aquired 413 doesn't seem to want to be free. It turns to the free position easy enough but it won't spin and is still turning the prop. Any thoughts?

Yes the section that slides in and out has probably become dissconected from the outer section, remove the 6 small 10mm bolts and remove it, re-assemble and refit, it's held on with a spring that sits in a groove in the splines.

Thanks for that. Can this be done without removing the hub from the vehicle?

If what I think has happened you'll just need to remove the front section to fix it. Just the 6 10mm bolts.
Then just start at this point in the write up i linked.
