samurai hesitating

I have a jap fuel injected samurai it is hesitating a bit when accelarating i changed the plugs but still the same the cat light is on in the dash but i dont think that has anything to do with it

Could be the mass air flow meter on the way out

Dont think its the airflow meter theirs no errors showin up just the cat light

Oh, you've had it diagnostics checked? Right, in that case it's almost certainly a fuel system issue. Either not enough fuel pressure (pump or partial blockages) or the injector is partially blocked/knackered.
I doubt it's the lambda/o2 sensor because it would run like arse and the exhaust would probably stink of petrol, plus I'd expect it to throw up diagnostic errors the same as the MAFM.

I doubt if its the Mass Air Flow sensor because it doesn't have one. It could be an O2 sensor, if it hasn't had one for some time then its worth changing, so is the fuel filter. Check for cracks in the exhaust manifold as that will throw the fuelling out, check all the fuel lines too. I assume by 'cat light' you mean the Check Engine Light, if its on then there should be fault codes which you can read by inserting a fuse in the diagnostic slot in the fuse box.

Not familiar with the G13 spi, just the general theory behind fuel injection

I checked the fuel filter and lines i will replace the o2 sensor as their is clearly some sort if fault with the cat warning coming on thanks again for the help
