Hi been have having probs with the power steering on my Grand Vitara. It's stiff then goes light. Drive belt seems to be tight, steering UJ's seem un-siezed. So I'm left with pump or rack at fault. Hi GV clutches are hydraulic. Check the small master cylinder next to the brake servo. I thought mine had loads of fluid in it until I took the lid off and found it was empty and it was a tide mark is was seeing on the outside. Filled it up bleed the system now have a clutch

Yep for the rear seats, are they still intact they usual split? The rear seat should have a white bobble that the strap fits over

2002 gv front subframe
hi has anyone out there removed the front sub frame from their GV. Mines rotten and not easily repaired on the vehicle. wondering how much unbolting of the lower suspension has to be done etc. any help before I go knuckle bashing would be appreciated

If you have not found it, it should be right under the dash on the inner wing of the drivers foot well. You have to be a contortionist to get to it.
