Okay, I was wrong about the Fourtrak. I've never heard it called a 2.8td before so I just guessed it wasn't. In that case though surely it wouldn't take a lot to get more power out of it then? im soooo glad you never went down the new rear end as imo it would of looked wrong unless you redone the front as well. it looks like this time round you are doing it all right so it should be the last time it gets rebuilt. you know the more you ride the bmx the less time you get on the zuk rebuild ...

I can't remember how I worked out the tank weight... I think it was 60L and that was how much that amount of water would be. And I just used the heaviest battery optima have on their web site :) Anyway, point there's not gonna be that much weight imcrease petrol is around 1kg per liter and the tank...

from looking on the 306 forum the hdi's are not that great and can play up alot.
i would keep the vw,also with the vw you can run veg oil if you want too,you cant with the hdi
