Samurai PCV Valve
Can anyone point me in the right direction to purchase a PVC Valve for a Samurai SJ413, preferably in the UK, I have tried all my local parts shop to no avail even the main Suzuki dealer is struggling and I gave them the part number (18118-80010) thanks in advance

Samurai Distributor Casing O Ring Size
Hi fellow enthusiasts.
Does anyone know the thickness of the oring that fits on the back of the distributor casing, got a perennial oil leak i would like to cure. I measured the od at 60mm the groove it sits in is 2mm.
Just so I can have a rake around at work rather than buy one!

The same thing happened to me many years ago, I flattened off the top of the bolt on the cylinder head, centre punched it and re drilled and tapped the hole with an M6 tap. Scary stuff........ At the time I managed to get rubber/steel washers for the rocker cover, as for bolts I got some M6 capheads...

Re: Cooling Issues
fitted new water pump and still runs hot, coolant was at water pump and bowl for thermostat so have no doubt there is no blockage anywhere, so at great expense I have ordered a coolant sender unit from main dealer, 4x the price of a spurious unit so see what happens next week when I get it fitted. A...

Re: sj stalk
The blitz was built on a samurai "sport" the stalks are similar to what I had on various Jap. SJ410s, you are correct it is not the same as standard samurai. I think as this was one of the last ones built they used all the old parts up. The plugs will probably be different too. Anyway at l...
