Ok thanks i will have a look at the heater matrix, It sounds like there is something wrong with it then Chances are that the heater matrix is full of mud and leaves so might be worth removing it for a clean, this does involve practically removing the dash though. Im posting on behalf of my son. His sj has a soft top and is v Cold as the heater is somewhat poor. He wants to fit a Hard top to it and thinks that you can get glass panels across the drivers and passenger and then fit a hard top across the back, Like a freelander.
