How do you get the sunroof soft top bar out of the actual fabric itself? I was just going to do some quick rust work on the frame as it’s pretty fucked, however a 5 minute job quickly turned into hours of getting nothing done.
Can’t find any help videos online so any help would be great, cheers.

Re: Jimny replacement soft top
Monsoon do them, not cheap. Think I swapped over to mk2 roof and the kit isn’t hard to install Yeah the price is fine (benefits of being 19, still living with parents, working full time) :smokin: hahaha but yeah cheers mate, think I’ll just go for it. If I have any issue putting it on I’ll jump bac...

Jimny replacement soft top
Hi there, would anyone be able to recommend where to/what type of soft top buy?? I currently have the Mk1 version, however some of the clips have snapped off. I have had some people tell me the Mk2 is the better one. I know you can but the Mk1 > Mk2 conversion kit with the studs. How are they attach...

Radiator leak!
Hi all, My jimny has been leaking engine coolant for the past 6 months or so, I just haven't really been thinking much of it, initially thought it was the bottle that was leaking as apposed to the radiator. However as of today I have now realised it was probably the radiator all this time! Just got ...

Re: Jimny Soft-top designs
Ok do well, considering I paid £300 for it 9 months ago haha but ah ok that's interesting, cos in fairness mine is totally waterproof, doesn't really let any wind in, it just looks shitty, got moss on the Velcro and gone stiff. At work atm, I'll get a picture in a bit. A couple of the plastic clips ...

Re: Jimny Soft-top designs
Right ok, thanks. Do you reckon a new one would put up the price enough to warrant doing it? Considering mine is 2001, will probs be about 50,000 miles when I get round to selling. On 46k currently. In good condition, new wheels, new tires, new cam belt, new exhaust pipes, just out of interest how m...

Jimny Soft-top designs
Right, I'm looking a getting a new soft top for my jimny as my current one is a bit ragged round the edges. I was thinking about perhaps getting the Fastback soft top as it looks alright and a bit easier to take off and on, however does the shape of it make it impossible for people to sit in the bac...
