Strata florida???
I'm just wondering if anyone would be interested in a Strata florida greenlaning trip sometime this year? Perhaps a month or two after Billing?
I've never been, and I'm itching to do it.

I do want to go look at some of the more varied terrain further afield.
Too much to do and not enough time.

I am pretty stacked for the next few months, but always worth chucking some dates out and seeing who is interested.

Dan - I know what you mean! But sometimes you have to make time for adventure...
I was just thinking that an SCUK official trip would be cool. I'll do some research and come up with a provisional date and see what people think.

If you do go, then this is a cracking place to stay.

When I went with some "cough" Land Rover owners, we stayed here. Very 4x4 friendly and focused.
They will lead you if you want, or there is a map room and tons of free advice on good areas etc..
The rooms were more than adequate, and top notch evening meals if required.
I didn't get to do the Strata Florida, as that was the afternoon and I torque twisted and snapped a rear leaf spring if you recall.

Done it a couple of times, there are some real good lanes round that way. Defiantly worth at least a weekend away
