I'm interested if I can get the time off, I don't have anything critical scheduled at present. I'll need to book it early in the new year though.

That is one of the reasons that I think buttoning down a date is a good idea.
The other being that if we don't pick a date, we risk it never happening!
We need a date that isn't too close to any other SCUK events. I'm also hoping to get to the HPOC Sibbertoft meet this year - I haven't seen those brilliant idiots in aaaages!

LPG is for me, ive been on LPG now 2 years, no petrol tank at all, ive taken that out and replaced it with an LPG tank slung underneath, I use a LPG carb which i believe has come off a generator, but i may be wrong, however you can buy LPG carbs from impco and as carbs go are cheap and very little to go wrong with them,generally im running at 8p per mile on lpg only, but with HHO ive got it down to 6p per mile, ive had it down to 3p per mile but it did struggle up hills so had to turn the fuel back up for normal driving.The things i had to change was the timing, its about 35 degrees tdc and had to make sure the coolant was at 50% anti freeze to stop an ice ball forming in the vaporiser which prevents the gas from flowing, also i got rid of the original air filter and simply replaced it with a cone type directly onto the carb, to help with air flow, over all experience of fitting it all was quite straight forward, all came in under fifty pound, so that’s not bad.I find the engine performs a lot better, cleaner, and no problems at all. and with the HHO, apart from the extra savings in fuel, the engine also runs quieter, cooler and im getting extra horse power too! not bad from a bit of water.good luck with your adventures and have fun.
