Re: the no dosh LJ revamp
MOT is friday. Did a check of everything and it all works as it should. Had an issue with a front side light, all fixed now with a bit of solder, plus I had it on upside down and it was dimmer than the other one! Only worry I have is the rear brakes but if that fails I have the shoes in the car and hopefully I can persuade them to fit them there and then.
If it ticks over...leave it

Re: the no dosh LJ revamp
She passed!
No mention of the brakes but an advisory on play in the front hubs...wondering if he means the wheel bearings? Never mind I have a year to get that sorted.
Got a mile away from the test centre and the fog light fell off! Repaired it and it's back on but I will get a new one.

Re: the no dosh LJ revamp
Thanks lads. In 20+ years of owning Suzukis I have never had one fail an MOT. Maybe as I still go to the same place, and the tester loves the LJ...

In hospital again, coming home tomorrow. Not having the most fun ever right now, but I should be ok.
