Th SJ is back!

The place to socialise, and relax, if it doesn't fit into anything below it fits here, so tell us that joke, or share that story of your last off-road escapade, but remember new comers the virtual drinks are on you!

Still looks like a Hummer to me...why they don't make a modern version of the SJ or LJ is beyond me.
If it ticks over...leave it

Agreed. It's very SJ tintop from a lot of angles, but the front is very Hummer H2. The soft, super crappy one.

I *think* they were trying to channel LJ, but they failed in my opinion.

I would love to see one with a 410 grille. Or, better yet, an LJ grille. I really really want one of these, (even with the H2 grille) being that it'll have decent safety and modern crumple zones and crash ratings, and will probably come with one of the boosterjet engines. I really really like the boosterjet engines. SUZUKI - put a boosterjet in it, not a dualjet!!!

I love it :D

Could have been waay worse if the above concepts were carried over.

From the back, very glad it doesn't have any current Jimny style mid section rear brake/turn lights.

With all the design safety reg constraints, probably about as retro as they could go.

Soon be plenty of aftermarket stuff to fit a grille with more slats ;)

That one isn't *sooo* bad... Looks like a squished freelander, but it's not sooooo bad. Not very Zuki though.

I really like the new Jimny. Everything but the grille!

Aftermarket winch bumper and snorkel on there and that would look really good!!
All that black plastic at the front isn't doing it any favours!
