Post by SJ-Mini » Sat Nov 27, 2010 8:24 am

Woke up to about 3-4" this morning.

Still need the heater finishing off so can't go out to play!

We've got about 2 inches 'round Scunthorpe/Grimsby area. They've not bothered gritting the villages, so my Older bro may have to borrow LBG if it gets much worse, as his Renault won't be going anywhere.
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

Woke up in heysham, snow. Up the M6, snow. Across the A66, snow.

Parked the truck up, jumped in the Samurai and "drove" home. Found and empty unspoilt car park. Took a foto (to follow). Spoilt the unspoilt snow then went home.

Were in Manchester and Macclesfield yesterday - nothing to speak of over that way.

We've still got plenty here. The sun's out but it's still very cold and the snow isn't really melting. Think I might just be able to get to work tomorrow (in the normal car) unless we have a massive downfall over night again.

4x4 now has a working heater (yay)....but still 2 punctures to sort out. Boo!
