Diff lock/lsd
HELLO I’m after a air lock or lsd for my mk1 vitara preferably under £500 any recommendations or know of other trucks that will fit

I run one. Cheap as chips compared to ARB, some excellent reviews from the lads down under running them in zuks and toyotas.
Don’t be put off by the youtube video of ARB testing and destroying the chinese locker. It still got up to 6412lbs before it blew.
I know the shock loading is an unknown when off roading, but if you look at the torque figures for a Zuk you are no where near that.

Cheap cheap option is for free wheeling Hubs if you aready don't have them, and fit a lunchbox style auto locker, Offroad there great, on road there not great so you just flick your Hubs off and your back too 2wd.
Same theory to weld the diff, but makes turning tricky whilst in mud and pretty much all terrain hahha

Got a lockright in the rear on my sj only time I notice it on the road is tight cornering
