If you keep going this way, you'll end up with a disco that is made up of entirely new metal, with a few old mechanical bits...
1985 SJ413VX (SJ50V) with SPOA, rear disc brakes, 31x10.5R15 Kaiman Malatesta tyres, an MOT and a lot left to do!

Is it a 200tdi mk1? I’ve got a box full of brake pads, front and rear, and wheel bearings

Hey Robbie,

300tdi. I've done new brakes and wheel bearings all round but that you for the offer.

The great things with these are the price of parts is so cheap most little wear and tear items I just replace. Wheel bearings around £10 each, discs and pads 39 quid per axle.

The shocks and springs with the galvanised towers came in at around 200 quid. The old springs and shocks had done around 190k and it was very concerning if you had to change directions quickly. The body roll was horrible.

Now I can chuck it into a corner and whilst it's a heavy old dolop it stays pretty flat. Just the tyres lean over if I go in a bit to hard.

I have recently been addressing this.
