I personally don't think rough country shocks or pro comp are anything special. Still just a budget shock at the end of the day.
I'll be fitting Bilstein 5125 shocks from the US to mine eventually, until then i'm just going to stick to my modified astra shocks

the price isn't actually that bad (well nearly twice as much ) it's about £300 shipped from the US for a set of 4 of the 14" travel ones compared to £168 for a set of 4 rough country shocks.

Nicer how, Scottie? I know as much about shocks as I do about Opera.
I know I want mine very long for good articulation, but I don't know what makes one shock "good" and another "not so good"...

I find its mostly about the resistance the give compared to the weight of the vehicle...
