finally a vitara owner :)
after years of eyeing up vitaras, i finally come across dorothy! 2 owners from new 1997 3 dr 1.6 sat on an old mans drive covered in green moss and the stuff you find growing on walls!. covered in what could only be described as health hazard dirt, grime and dog hair including composting wood in the back! starting to rot on the arches and one seal rotton. i took the old girl on and gave her a good clean up, evicted the mouse and gave the engine a good wurth flush and service, and wow she drives like a dream, no knocks bangs, creaks whines nothing! perfect! even took her into some big drainage culls to check out the 4x4 box and i came out with a huge childish grin on my face !!!
im a petrol head through and through sitting next to my old dorothy is a 2005 ford mustang. dorothy has made the mustang my toy as living in the country don't mix with the massive exhausts on the mustang and im not keen on hauling horse feed around in it lol.
looking forward to restoring old dot and giving her a new lease of life
