Where is a cheap place to get them?

My mate got one cheap at euro car parts. It was the same as is used in a few other 4x4s so shouldnt be hard to find.

Cheap UJs don't last very long so I would spend the extra on some decent ones, will save you money in the long run.

Koyo or hardy spicer UJs are what I recommend
